I can say this for the ones that go all in and truly do the work, hair, makeup, clothing, shoes and look so much like women that I would need to have my hands on them to tell the difference, I am both awed, impressed and yep, I get hard for them just like I would for a similarly good looking woman. The ones that are just slight, cross dressing guys, not at all. I have talked to a number of them and told them just that. It always sparks a conversation as they always seem stunned that anyone ever realized the work that a really good one has put in to get there, hormone shots, plastic surgery, body sculpting in the gym, the list just goes on.
