All the cam sites seem to require this disclaimer. You are streaming live video from your webcam and the site provider can't control what viewers do with that stream. It CAN be recorded and saved or recirculated, edited, whatever. Don't show anything you wouldn't want seen. Be careful of what might be visible in the background, too. And by all means keep sharing...

yeah a webcam chatsite ive been going to does the exact same thing. The site itself is not recording you, its the fact other people may record you and the site has no control over it.

Some web cam sites include in their terms and conditions that the recording of web cam feeds is prohibited and that any one doing so will be banned from the site for life.

That doesn't keep people from recording though... but, luckily it doesn't scare off all the exhibitionists, either.
