Do you use vaseline, lotion or what?

Mostly I go dry, but sometimes use Cornhuskers Lotion - smells good, easy cleanup. It's not a big seller, but most larger stores have it.

Albolene is the best and only lube for the best jerkoff experience. One dab lasts for hours, and you can get this "moisturizing cleanser" at any drug store makeup section.

I've never found a need for lube when wanking. I prefer the "dry" stroking. However, for fucking my wife and I used vaseline in the early days, then switched to KY later on. Now I tend to use the KY Warming oil with my sister in law.
