South coast is probably where the majority of them are, so you're in luck. Studland is probably the most famous/popular (and it has an official naturist section). I have also heard good things about Slapton Sands.

If you're talking about on the beach proper then probably none of them. Your mileage might vary further back from the beach (a few have dunes backing them which can be unofficial play/cruising territory).
