The whole "30 years from now" consideration is part of why I've never gotten one before now. On the few occasions it's crossed my mind, it's been a matter of, "What would I get that I know I still wouldn't regret when I'm ancient?" But, the stars have aligned, and the time is right...a pair of designs that hold a meaning have come forward, and at this point, I can look at my family and get a pretty good idea of how things should look (providing genes hold true...lol).
