I'd say it's pretty much the same as with a woman. There's a few positions that make deep throating a little easier, but the basic mechanics are no different.

I'd say the easiest is to have one guy lay down on his back and the other to hold himself above. Works best if the one less experienced with controlling a gag reflex is the one on 'top'. That lets him be a little more in control over the rate things progress.
