Great question!! I'd add one more inch and maybe .5 to 1 in thicker. It's 6" right now when hard.

I'd also add about an inch. I'm 5.75 hard. Wouldn't want to be porn star huge, but another inch would be nice. I'm pretty thick already, so happy in that regard.

Although I'm satisfied with what I have now, I'd probably want to see how it is being uncut. Depending on how much I like that, I might be willing to stay circumcised to add a bit of length, maybe long enough to self suck.
