You just described my wife to a T!

I didn't do anything to upset her. I am a good husband and provider. I have a good job making good money, I am a great dad and do lots of fun activities with my daughter (which my wife won't participate in because it usually requires physical activity and she is too out of shape to do it), and I do everything from home repair, car repair, yard work,housework, home financials, etc. My wife considers a hard day running the vacuum and taking a nap. She won't so much as change a light bulb.

She didn't used to be this way. First 5 years of marriage were great. She fucked me, we went to sex clubs, she let me take nude pics of her, she gave me lots of head, and was fun to be around.
