Still like the once-common "Knob". Also "Todger" and sometimes just my "Bits".
Ploughing a lone furrow but never been a fan of "Pussy" for girls' bits - always liked "Snatch".

Cock for me always
When I write erotic fiction, I find it helpful to vary between penis, cock, shaft, staff, and other terms. I try to be somewhat consistent with the contextual use so each one tends to carry with it a slightly different tone.
"Penis" is by far my favorite overall because it "feels" more formal than anything else and it provides perfect contrast when describing very explicit sexual scenes. My characters have their own pet words, which for me is a fun way to get into their head.

Am I the only one who loves using the word "Penis"?
I like to use "cock", "penis" and occasionally "dick" in an alternating way while chatting. Keeps it fresh.
But I never understood this common hatred for calling it a "penis"; apparently it sounds "too clinical."
But to me, penis is such a visceral, unfiltered word-image association; like you're cutting through all the euphemisms, tearing away the final language veil covering it up.

No. I use Penis almost exclusively!! I sounds so sexual. The others seem crude.
I prefer "cock" almost all of the time, but I will also say dick.
Growing up here in central Oklahoma it was most always Dick, or Peter, I didn't start hearing "Cock" until I joined the Army, I prefer Dick. You wife likes Dick or Peter, I don't remember her using the cock term, so, I vote for Dick.
M w m age 73. Love jacking and sucking.curious pen pals welcome.
Always used the word dick while growing up and in my 20's would sometimes use the word cock. It seems like most people have shifted to using the word cock more often these days, so I have gotten more used to using it more often, but I still say dick a lot. I usually use the word cock when I am feeling more like a good hard nasty fuck and I use dick a little more along with cock when feeling more like close, intimate love making.
Most girls I have been with used the word Dick up until the last 15 or 20 years I hear more who like to use the word cock. My current girlfriend says cock.

Love stroking with the women in person, on the phone or on webcam.
In general I prefer the word dick, but I refer to mine as thingy because it is so tiny, not nearly big enough to be called a dick or cock
