I used to have a strapless jockstrap (is that an oxymoron?). No leg straps. Just an elasticized pouch to hold my boys. Felt great!

I've seen pictures of these, but have never had one. As I recall, the elasticized pouch is attached to the waist band and then hangs down and wraps around your cock and balls. Without the ass straps to pull the pouch down and back toward your butt, it has no hold-down capacity when you get a semi or a hardon. And limited support capacity I'd think. But very sexy looking.
