The new york one is too close. We got to go away for this one. It would be a great icebreaker coming back to the hotel room all stiff. No, the bathrooms are full because there are thousands of people all in the San Diego Convention Center.

I've been three times, in 2000, 2001 and 2002, and the show's only gotten bigger in the intervening decade. It's reached the point that you have to start planning to go a few years out, just so you can get tickets and book a room.

Still would love to go back, though.

No, generally people who go to Comic Con are focused on meeting stars and having fun. Hardly anyone goes there to wank off. Seriously if you go to an event as exciting as this, and with as much going on and all you can think of is getting off, then you must live a very sad life.

Sounds like you just looked up the generic "comic con" as opposed to the specific Comic-Con International (or San Diego Comic-Con). It's the largest comics/pop culture convention in the world.
