I think sometimes us Brits fall foul of these problems as 16 is the big age in our country. Of course this means nothing to the website because it sets it's ownstandards. But it does explain why some of us talk about women in the 16-18 bracket on here not realising we are breaking the rules.

Here's the thing, though. As Ben noted in the original post, if the thread specifically references the Disney or Nick properties, almost without fail, someone just has to go there and drifts off to underage subjects. So, Disney/Nick threads will be closed.

Although she's legal in the UK right now but for legal reason on this site Ariel Winter is off limits until January. But as soon as she hits 18 in a few months time you know she's gonna be one of the most talked about celebrity babes on here.

Quite a few already post her pics and chat about her on Reddit.

And, when that inevitable flood comes, users will receive the same reminder that the legion of Maisie Williams posters did: sure, she's legal now, but has been in the public eye for years before. So, most pics available of her at that time will still be images of a minor, and thus off limits and subject to our Terms of Service.

The counterpoint is that all the depraved anal-rape, scat/piss, BDSM, bestiality, and choking porn is fine and dandy. In point of fact, bestiality topics/images are in violation of the terms of service, as are those regarding individuals under 18. The other subjects you mention, while some may find distasteful, are not currently violations of the terms of service.
