Also, I know that some (many) women hate their men looking at porn. It's the whole "I should be enough for you" which is just dumb. Guys are visual, they like visual things like porn. The minute you start dictating what your partner can and can't look at the relationship will probably start to go down the drain in one way or another, and guess what - the guy will keep watching porn, except now he feels like he must hide it from you... so hey, good job girl, you've now become his mother!

It's fine as long as it's not a constant thing AND he doesn't have a ton of it stored on his laptop. It's led to some interesting discussions, like "so, why do you find that porn star so hot?"

My wife and I would watch porn together but she sometimes got mad if she caught me watching alone

Kind of nailed it there, I have been married for 17 years and truly love my wife. I believe she is absolutely beautiful and sexy. However, I enjoy the variety and like to LOOK at others. When we were first married we used to watch soft porn together, Skinmax at night. We even discussed watching other porn. Then after the kids were born she started to become insecure with herself and got upset with the idea of me watching porn even with her. It has not stopped me I do exactly as you put it, I have to hide it and if she finds anything she starts to cry and tell me that it is like cheating on her. I love her death but really wish she saw it like you do.

Maybe I'm more adventurous than many women, but I've never had a problem with guys looking at porn. I would only worry if it was some weird, obsessive, selfish thing where it was a way to block me out of a relationship or make me feel insecure in some way (And I've had friends tell me of husbands/boyfriends who do that)

And I have a visual imagination too! So I can look at porn as part (and I stress the word *part*) of my sexual fantasies.

I never even saw much porn until a boyfriend showed me. (Back in the days of VHS!) And it turned out I got interested in some things from watching porn that I'd never have been into otherwise. It can lead into interesting ideas...

englishlady, I totally agree it should be part of the sexual experience but not all. My wife does not want sex as often as I do. I have some videos of her masturbating which is often used as my visual aide. However, sometimes just want something different. To look at that is and I would love for her to watch porn with me again.

I had a girl friend 8-9 years ago. She left me because I played too much golf. If it would have been because of my porn watching I can't imagine how she would have felt. But after she left, I really started o watch a lot of porn and masturbate. At my age it makes no difference if it is good, bad or nothing. I just do it because it makes me feel good.
