As other said edging a lot and drinking plenty of fluids at all times is absolutely necessary. I am updating this to say that I have now tried this formula, exactly as I saw it on another site and to my great surprise, it works great. I was a complete skeptic at the outset, really, but I thought I'll research each ingredient and if they don't have any side effects then why not. After a week or two of not seeing any results I figured it was all BS and I would finish out the bottles and call it a day. After doing a bit more research I stopped taking saw palmetto for a couple of days. Fucking shot a geyser, I mean an honest to goodness cum fountain spurt. the second shot had quite a respectable arc on it as well. I was stroking on cam and got over a hundred contacts the next day from those who were viewing.

Currently I am out of some of those ingredients and correspondingly, volume is down. The good news is that several of these ingredients are actually good exercise supplements which are reported o aid in protein uptake so I will probably adjust my multi-vitamin /exercise supp regimin to include these items on a regular basis. Aha, I totally missed that you had posted about these ingredients when I replied. They truly do work and I have been taking them regularly for about 6 months now. As you said, they help with excercise results. L-argenine increases your bloodflow, and let me tell you, endurance has improved greatly for me.

Edging certainly helps. I'd been told that Vitamin-E supplements would help in semen production, but I found it just made it a lot thicker which makes it more difficult to shoot.

I wanted to share my experience with you all. My problem wasn't cum volume, it was pre-cum volume. I make almost none. Once in a while I'm able to squeeze out a drop or 2, but that's it. I decided to try some of these supplements to see if they helped at all. Here are my results:

L-argenine 1000mg/day...this has had no effect on me at all.
zinc 50 mg/day...again, no effect at all.
pygeum 100mg 2x/day (total 200/mg/day)...wasn't able to find this at the pharmacy, so I haven't tried it yet (and may not).

The real winner appears to be lecithin (1200mg/day). Now I just bought the bottle and began taking it yesterday. This morning while masturbating I was shocked to be leaking a good amount of precum. I was so excited. I imagined that if it worked at all, it would probably take some time. I even imagined that the amount of precum would increase gradually.

I'm a bit unsure how to proceed. I'm happy with the amount of precum I'm getting now. Will taking the supplement every day continue to increase the amount? Should I take it every other day to maintain? I guess it will be trial and error.

Anyway, I hope this helps someone with the same problem I had.

Try not to cum for a week (if that is at all possible like staying with family for a few days), drink lots of water. When you you jerk make sure it is to something you really are turned on by then blow hard
