Not really warp drive but it does infer that space-time can be warped. Not sure NASA has any ship designs that could fit two black holes to create that kinda reality distortion. Surfing sounds much more plausible, but that would still be sub-light, right? No, we still need some actionable physics for ftl flight. Warp space or dig a wormhole, then i will be impressed.
