I have often felt guilty after masturbating, and there have been a variety of sources. I got over it being sinful. Then I felt disgusted with myself for masturbating to gay porn. Then I felt guilty because I was enjoying myself without my wife. I'm over all that, but now I after I empty my balls, I think, "Man, I just spent another hour (or two) jacking off when I could have been doing something constructive." My only advice is, keep doing it, and wait for the guilt to wear off.
