Hi, I've been banned from the jackinchat for about 2 weeks now. I receive the message that I've been banned because of [Exp/Fldhst], and the DALnet website informs me this is because I supposedly have an "unsecure" computer. I've ran anti-virus programs on my mac and can't find any issues, so I am not sure what this is referring to. Can anyone give me some assistance, or help unban my IP? Thanks!

Change your VPN IP.

From you description of the message you received, it sounds like a Dalnet network-level ban. If you're connecting via a VPN or other network that has been a source of problems for Dalnet, they will block any and all connections from that source.

You don't "get around it." The message should include information on how to contact Dalnet regarding the ban. It will have to be lifted on their end.
