Trying to get me to be a slave or any type of bondage is likely to get you (or the person involved) hurt really bad. Do you remember Lorraina Bobbit per chance? I wouldn't throw it out the window after dismembering the member but put it down the disposal.

And that is one of the most common misconceptions about submission/slavery. The whole 'thrill' (for want of a better word) in getting someone to submit is that, in everyday life, they are strong, independent people.
