When I try to post a new picture for my profile, I find it and submit it, but the old picture is still on the profile. Will it update to the new picture, and if not, how can I put a new picture on there?

If so, then it worked. It doesn't immediately show when you're editing your profile but if you choose to view your profile or click on the picture (shows old picture), when it opens it's the new one.

Sounds like the old picture is simply cached in your browser. If you click to open the picture in a new window, hit refresh, it should show the proper image.
I am having problems to dowload my avatar picture, even if the size is small it will not take it!
