BUT in the 80's prime, we had spandex, which was tighter, more common place and women often wore thongs OUTSIDE of it. Super hot and an era that can't be topped.

Miley's open attitude about nudity and sex is what makes her hot, IMO. I applaud her for getting naked for the press every chance she can.
