I was banned from at least chat for a fantasy chat in the daddies and girls room. Now I cannot chat anymore. Can it be fixed?

We do not run nor have any control over the daddies and girls room. I do know they will ban because of any discussion of underage or incest

Then perhaps you should not visit the room if you feel it goes against the Terms of Service of jackinchat.com

I feel we're pretty explicit about what is allowed and what is not on this website and in the #jackinchat chatroom. In my own personal opinion, I think the "daddies and girls" room is disgusting and immoral and should not be present on the server. However, it's not jackinchat.com's server. We can only encourage our users to not visit rooms that promote incest or underage roleplaying, fantasy, or discussion.

And I suppose your shit doesn't stink either!

Addressing your second point, I have no idea about who controls the server, and no direct criticism was intended. I expressed surprise that one can make a connection from this site, which is tightly controlled and regulated, to one which is quite clearly promoting illegal behaviour. That is all.

I take back my earlier rant on the subject based on what the terms of service for this website state:

There are a lot of inconsistencies on this site, as far as i take it, just learn what the moderators don't like and go with that.

I have a very open mind towards sexuality and I thought that this site was the same, especially if you read the front page which states that this is a forum for the open discussion of all forms of sexuality. However its been proven on a number of occasions that its a forum for sexuality that only the moderators approve of.

It does seem odd that that a site that has banned members for daring to mention the topic of incest in any other way than condemning it would have consistent links to a chat room that implies incest (Daddies and Daughters).

Indeed the site does seem to be managed by moderators that seem to know better than the members who prescribe to the site; or at least seem unabashed at dictating what is "normal" sexual behavior.

If you want to talk to people about "vanilla" sex then your at the right place but if you want a serious discussion or debate about the myriad sexual preferences of the human soul then this is not the place to be.

I think some people are missing the point. This chatroom is jackinchat. It is accessable through two sites- www.jackinchat.com and www.xxxchatters.com. The other rooms on the server (daddies and girls, chat, bi, lesbian, etc) are all rooms that belong to the server xxxchatters.com. The ONLY room that is moderated by the staff here is jackinchat. In this room- we abide by the terms of service on the main page.

I went in to that room a couple of times to see WTF was going on. I asked what the room was about and I was told it was not what you are thinking. I was told the room does not pertain to the discussion of what we are thinking about right now. If the room is not about a taboo subject, then what is it about?

Fathers who are trying to protect their daughters from perverted old men???

Fathers looking to buy their daughters a prom/wedding dress???

I think the room should be removed just because of the name alone.

I too once went into the room, not to chat, but to see what it was about. Within 20 seconds I got an IM stating that I was not allowed in the room using this screen name, "Naked".
I asked what was wrong with 'Naked' He said something about it being a place where girls could chat and feel safe that my name was not appropriate.
So I asked if it was a safe place for girls to chat why did I find it through Jackinchat.
Anyway I asked a bunch of questions and never did find out what the room is about or what is discussed in there. He said I could change my name and come in, but I didn't see any reason to do that.

The way he was so vague I'm not sure what goes on or if it is even legal. It's a weird room.

theres no way to know what will get you banned from a chatroom. this weird one you describbed or the jacknchat room too. its always whatever the mod in the room feels at the moment. terms of service dont really mean anything.

Seems like with all the cops online posing as young girls to catch predators, going into a room with a name like that is asking for trouble.

Believe me, I do not like the daddys and girls room on the chat server one bit. When I first saw it on the server, I raised many questions and arguments about the ethics of what they do. The assured me that they do not support incest or roleplay, but it is some type of master/slave fetish.

Jackinchat's offcial stance on it is that we do not endorse that chatroom one bit. We do not have any links to it, as is implied by some people here. You would have to pull up the chat room list while you are connected to the chat server to see that chat room, or any other chat rooms for that matter.

Jackinchat is only one chat room out of over 100 on that chat server. We are not in control of what chat rooms are on the server that hosts Jackinchat chat, so we have nothing to do with the other rooms' terms of service.

If you plan on visiting other rooms on the server, I'd advise you to pay attention to the room's topic when you join, or any private messages you may get upon entering, as they usually will have the terms of service.
