Apologies if political threads aren't allowed. I'm just very curious to know the thoughts on our two front runners currently... Trump and Bernie "FEEL THE BERN" Sanders.

Personally...I think Trump is awesome and would do a great job unravelling the shit storm that Obummer (and others) got us into.

As long as cool heads prevail, and it doesn't turn into insults, off-topic is what the Coffee Shop section is for.

As with every election since I've been old enough to vote, I don't see a candidate that makes me say, "THAT's the one!" There are, however, two or three non-starters that, should they be nominated, whoever is on the ballot against them will get my vote. One of the gentlemen you mentioned is one of those non-starters. At the end of the day, it will come down to another instance of choosing the lesser of evils at the polls.

I think Trump could be useful for like secretary of commerce or labor, but not as a president.

Absolutely terrified of Trump being President. I shudder when I think of how far he's already gotten. I firmly believe it's him and others cut from the same cloth (1%-ers) who have gotten us into this 'shit storm.'

Bernie all the way for me. Hillary second choice, obvs.

And personally, I like to see threads like these!

I think Trumps popularity comes from saying what people are thinking. Having served many years in the military defending the constitution of this great country and democrats wanting to step on Americas constitutional rights they won't be getting my vote. Just choose the person that you agree with most and vote, I don't care who you vote for just vote.

If Hillary wins - its just 4 more years of the same shit. The pussification of America. The PC shit is so out of control, its just fucking sad.
Bernie is the epitome of the everyone wins a trophy mentality. He is getting all these younger voters b/c he's touting free this and free that. The generation that is now in its teens and 20's are fucking pitful. Work ethic of fucking babies. Truly the entitlement generation. Whats these idiots don't realize is that someone has to pay for it.
While I don't think Trump acts presidential at times, I honestly think he can get the economy out of the tailspin that its in, and I would hope get things back on track here at home first.
I do wonder alot if we are just too deep in shit as a country. Sometimes I think it would be great to have a big reset button!
My cock really wants to meet you ;)

The entire farce of a political process we have in this country makes me sick. I am going to turn off the TV, go find some good internet porn and masturbate my penis until November.

I don't agree. Young people aren't demanding 'free this and free that' just because they deserve adequate health care. Same goes for affordable education. In the richest country in the world, it still boggles my mind that this remains an issue. Living in Western Europe, where this is a given, for many years has made me realise this point all the more.

The USA isnt Europe..Our country was founded if you remember by EUROPEANS who grew tired of socialist/tyrannical govt control of their lives. We are a Republic free market country.. Have you seen Europe lately??? Greece ,Spain,Italy UK all broke and on the verge of economic collapse.. Massive taxation trying to support all the social programs... If everything is so great in Europe why are their constant riots because of huge unemployment?? Why are there homeless people in the streets??? I thought socialism took care of all of this.. Healthcare is not a right just like education isnt a right.. You have three rights 1. Life 2. Liberty 3. Pursuit of happiness. Everything else is up to you.. You can have anything you want in this country unlike anywhere else in the world. Socialism has NEVER worked anywhere in the world. Its an absolute failure.

They were leaving monarchies, not socialism.

I should've been more succinct. I live in Germany where there is a terrific health care system which everyone pays into, and those who can't still get taken care of. And guess what? They're the strongest economy in Europe. The predatory lending and an out of control 'free' market (read exploitive capitalism) BY THE UNITED STATES was a huge cause of the financial meltdown in the world.

....if you're rich and white. How can one pursue life, liberty and happiness if health care and proper education are out of reach?

I'm with you. Trump doesnt need to be President, in fact it will cost him a fortune but like most people he is sick of the criminals running the place that only answer to corporations and not the people. Trump knows he's not the best man for the job but no one who is is standing up. So for now Trump is the only man for the job. If he calmed down and stayed polite he would be unbeatable. If he ends up against Hiliary I think he will get his legal team onto all of her criminal history. Come the first debate he will have cops in place, bring up the facts of her crimes and have her arrested and charged within 10 minutes of the start of the debate. As soon as he becomes President he will have Obama arrested and charged for multiple crimes as well. Well I sure hope so. I'm sick of these criminals running the world. I agree with one thing of Bernies, America needs to stop being the world police. Let some of these Arab countries blow themselves out of existence, stop stepping in.

The socialist Democrat controlled Congress caused the financial meltdown here.. Our healthcare system was not allowed to be a true free market entity thus it caused out of control costs. Our healthcare has NEVER turned away anyone regardless if they could pay or not. Germany's population is dwindling and unsubstainable at these rates and that is why Merkel opened the flood gates allowing dangerous Muslims flooding into your country. I also know that trying to start a business is a bureauocratic nightmare in Germany or anywhere else in Europe.

Life ,liberty and happiness is not out of reach for anyone here that is why everyone wants to come here.
