It's where you ejaculate the wrong way. Into your bladder. Not very desirable. AS a kid you did it when you pressed you dick on the floor really hard and squished it there so you wouldnt make a mess in your pants. It can damage things inside. Bad idea.

Don't know if there are any effects from retroejaculations, but have had many over my lifetime with no known ill effects, the orgasm occurs normally but no ejaculate is visible initially but some oozing occurs sometime afterwards.

A few years ago, I had to have a TURP (prostate procedure - google it for complete details). My urologist advised me that after the procedure, I would have retro-ejaculation when I had an orgasm. Simply put, when you CUM, the ejaculate goes back into your bladder, instead of out the end of your cock. This is because the TURP had enlarged the hole thru your prostate so you can piss.
