But when there starts to be sexual activity with underage and older people, or if there are discussions about nudist families and people start bringing up sexual contact in those situations, that is where the line gets drawn.

Hi Ben, Now I don't want to appear like I am a one man ethics crusader or anything, but wouldn't the "Were any of you duded molested as a child be a contavention of Jackinchat rules? I saw your post there and agree that it reads more like an erotic story than a real life situation, so, to my way of thinking at least, this topic shouldn't be allowed on here. Thank you for your post. I do remember our conversation about this on the chat and yes, I did not see any kids being posted up on there. I do also remember there were many pictures of women with small breasts and/or shaved pussies. I'm not going to start censoring posts that contain small breasts or shaved pussies just because someone might think they are underage because of that.

In the UK heterosexual sex was legal at 16. 12 years ago the legal age for homosexual sex was taken from 21 to 16 too... Are discussions about consentual same-sex sex at 16 frowned upon on this site though legal in the UK????

We set it at 18 for simplicity's sake. In the US, it is illegal to have nude photos or even sexually non-nude photos of people under 18. It has nothing to do with the age of consent because those ages vary per state in the US.

Ben rigorously enforces the Jackinchat Terms of Service with consistency and intelligence. Exactly why some members periodically feel the need for self-righteous grandstanding on this subject is a mystery to me, but that's their right.
