Has the jackinchat online chat gone downhill, or am I just getting old? There seems to be a whole lot less community, and more degrading comments. I still find some good threads on the website, but ...

Got bored with it a long time ago -- too many smart-ass kiddies on it....

The chat room page is too busy, hard to see comments posted from the nonsensical stuff that is on there,

see i think its gone the oothere way I love older gents but fuck me all they seem to want to do is edge or wank over there wifes its so boring.

I'm going to reach for my cliched answer--

Like any other online community, the chat (and the site) is what the users make of it. Start conversations about topics that interest you. And by "start conversations," I don't mean, "Post the same copy/paste come-on about something that interests you every 15-20 minutes. Sure, sometimes that's easier said than done, in all honesty. But, it can absolutely be worth the effort. And, between you and me (and everyone else reading), speaking as the room admin, I'd much rather see attempts at genuine conversation than repeated copy/paste after repeated copy/paste.

Great to have chatter in the chatroom instead of copy & pastes over & over. Sometimes I'll message them to change their "bait" if its not working after dozen posts.
