You don't have to uninstall Skype and removing the user from your computer is very simple. In Windows (XP and 7) after you logoff Skype make sure it is closed. Even go to the system tray and right-click on the Skype icon and quit it. This stops all Skype processes from running. Then click the Start button in the bottom left and go to "run" which lets you enter a command directly to the computer. In the run dialog box enter %appdata%/skype just as I've typed it here, and press enter. A folder containing some Skype data will appear and your "special" user name will be shown along with your "normal" or family-safe user name and some other application folders, all relating to Skype. Simply delete the folder named the same as your user and you're done. I even go one step further and empty my recycle bin once I remove the user name folder, because that's where it goes.

If someone else uses Skype they will not see your porn name in the list but when you type it in and login again to Skype for some masturbation fun all your contacts will still be there because they are stored on the Skype site and not on your computer.
