Good afternoon:
I have been trying to connect to the chat room, yet all I get is a disconnect.
I work at an electronics recycling plant and every tech we have says my laptop is free from any infections, malware, etc.
What else could be the problem or is there another way into jackin chat room??

You can use any IRC client to connect. Connection details are in the left panel when you go to the Chat tab.
