Do you mean at the beach with the open outdoor showers? That's dangerous as most states would consider that indecent exposure.

Because "the state" isn't all that present at a lot of beaches, you are really gambling on the attitudes of those around you. Whether you get seen by someone who is going to tell and press the case. I wouldn't know how to tell who is, and who isn't, such people -- especially on a beach where everyone is wearing beach wear, more or less.

Not just there but locker rooms, urinals, places where people are semi naked, can't imagine doing it in a swimming pool.
For example, I used to work at a place with a lot of men, and at night and before work in the morning, I'd pick a stall in the bath room and wait for people to happen upon me. Not a place where people are naked.
I don't mind being seen naked. I enjoy being naked and am a natural voyeur, so i love seeing people naked.
