Which browser are you using? Rabbit doesn't work with either Internet Explorer or the newer version Microsoft Edge. Need to use something like Firefox instead.

iPad uses Safari as a web browser if it's not working with that go to your App Store and do a search for Firefox - you should be able to download it for free and use that as another browser. Not done it myself so I can't say.
