Almost every thread providing a list of open Rabb.it rooms has been getting closed. Anyone know why? Or if a mod could explain why?

I agree with the rules about "now" posts.

I think if members want to hookup or meet "now"
who happen to be within their own geographic vicinity
they should just contact one another via PM
if either party is interested.
That way dead clutter threads can be avoided.

the rabbit stuff is really annoying because it's basically a useless "cam right now with me" request. hopefully we can still have links to mycircle but avoid the "now" part of it.

Use the chat room for these things, people respond a hell of a lot faster and you get more than on here.

I understand that these threads may not be your favorite things in the world but I am not sure why they seem to be regarded as a problem. Do you have a limit to how many posts can be in a thread?

I mean, if it is one thread, called "Rabbit Requests", then where is the harm? Simply leave that thread and kill any others. It might build up to a few thousand posts but I don't think that will tilt the server.
