I don't wear one very often; but I like the soft stretchy kind. I've seen some new ones like that on Fort Troff that I'm thinking about ordering.

I don't like the metal ones, always hurts your balls when taking them off if balls and scrotum have been through the ring. I use silicone ones and have used a cord with a draw-string release.
