As other's have said, go see the doctor. There may be an innocent explanation such as a broken blood vessel as dkslutlover has said, but you definitely need to rule out anything more serious. Good luck!

It happened to me once and I went straight to the doc, freaked me right out. Its actually pretty common and not usually the sign of anything significantly wrong, although only a doc should make that determination. Its usually the result of a leaking blood vessel in all the plumbing that clears up on its own. I think its called Hermatospermia, you can google it for more information.

Happened to me years ago. Went to a urologist.
Ended up to be a severe case of a prostate infection. 30 days of Cipro and anti-inflammatory meds. He ran a few other test just to eliminate anything else, luckily that's all it was. "prostatitis"

Thanks to everyone who replied! I called my urologist. I am being treated for an enlarged prostate. He said it was probably a ruptured prostate and to wait a few weeks to see if it clears up on its own. I guess I can wait a few weeks, but I gotta admit that when it came out "red" it scared the fuck out of me,
