Absolutely worth it, unbelievably realistic. I had just the regular pussy sleeve in several inserts: super ribbed, wonder wave, STU, and the vortex. The wonder wave was great, but the vortex was my favorite.

The problem, to me, is that there is a lot of fussing around with a fleshlight. It really benefits from being heated up, either with a heating pad or being submerged in hot water both if which take some time to prep. The cleanup was a hassle too: flushing with water and then finding somewhere to let it dry out, and then, ideally, using some powder to maintain it and keep it soft. Not everyone is concerned with thorough cleaning, but I was.
