I had prostate cancer and had to remove my prostate. Now cancer free. I had a penile implant during the surgery. Now I cum and nothing cums out. I stay as hard for as long as I want. The ladies seem to enjoy that a lot! So do I. I do still miss my cum though.

Hay Jak, if you've got prostate issues and your doc gives you options of various treatments, I recomend getting it removed completely to get the cancer out of your body. People I know or have known have had radiation and chemo etc and have gone through hell having it, but if its taken out it is a one off op and all done. Simple. Some guys can't get erections after it, but vac pumps work well after you master the art, and you can have heaps of fun and your cock is actually bigger that it was.
