Of course it is cheating-you wouldn't openly tell her about and have to hide it, so you know it's wrong. The question is do YOU care that it's cheating?

In my opinion;
If you can ask the same question to your wife and she says it is not cheating you are good to go. If you cannot even ask her.. you better not reply to this post .. if you enjoy having a willy that is

It's not cheating if she is no longer sexually active with you. You can't really cheat against someone who isn't in the game.

I look at it like this...If I found out that my wife/girlfriend was getting fingered or whatever else I would consider it to be cheating. Which means that getting a hand job from someone other than your wife/girlfriend would also be cheating.

If it's from a woman then yes, but I think if it's from a friend... i lean towards it not being cheating like others have mentioned. male bonding time is necessary and sometimes it involves hjs, but that's just me and my friends

Engaging in intimacy (of any kind) outside of with your partner is cheating.

I agree with Pavement13 - if from another woman I'd say yes, it's cheating. If it's from a male friend then it's male bonding! I have no guilt feelings about it anyway.
