I agree: a boner is a boner when it's able to go into its intended "workplace"-- a vagina or a butthole.

I agree it's about rigidity and hardness. A semi has expanded in size and is not real soft anymore. It feels sort of rubbery. But it is still completely flexible.

A boner has gotten hard and completely rigid. It has elevated due to the rigidity, and the shaft will not flex.

I know that some older guys don't get as rigid, and the erection may become a little bit flexible. But I would think that the ability to carry out sexual penetration would still be the standard.

I've been able to have vaginal sex when i'm at least half hard, so i've always considered a semi as anything less than half hard. Three-quarters hard is pretty rigid, so i'd say that's a boner. if it feels like a bone, it's a bone! And to answer detroit's question, i've cum with a semi before.

Semi happens at the beginning of the erection when you want it but ar enot sure, especially when you jerk off online here.
