I think the trick is only to douche out your rectum. If you take a deep enema you'll be leaking for hours.

A douche nozzle will put water at the back of your rectum, you use it while you're standing up. Gravity makes the water flow down out your asshole, washing out your rectum. With an enema, gravity makes the water go all the way into your colon. You dont need to clean your colon to put a dildo into your ass.

All about getting clean down there! If your diet is alright no need for enema, in fact they do more harm than good. Eat plenty of fibre!

That’s right, if you have a normal healthy bowel habit you are now clean. There is no need for enemas or douches.

The best method I have discovered is to get an inexpensive "Fleet" style disposable, lube it up, squirt the contents, 4 oz. or so, into the rectum. Refill and repeat two more times before expulsion. Do this while standing erect so gravity doesn't take this 12 ounces further inside you. I usually take a few minutes and shave, then the water does it's work and I expell the contents and am quite clean with no leftover drainage problems. As someone mentioned above, the big volume enemas, 2+ quarts, are wonderful in themselves, but create more problems than they solve as far as anal play is concerned.

The problem is probably that you use an enema bag, which holds a couple of quarts of liquid. Fleet enemas use less than a pint. Bear down hard to expel yoor poop and all the water.
