Twice in last 24 hours have had people who I want to reply to but can't because their inboxes are full.

Take a moment to go to the beginning of your inbox and delete a bunch of them it does not take much time. If they are anything like my inbox then half of them will be from deleted accounts.

How do you find your own jackinchat Sent emails file??

I don't believe there is a sent box.

It would be a helpful addition to the site if you could acces your sent messages. Also, when logging in, an on screen message advising you that your in box is full.

Oh, and please please , sorting out the software so that you dont get that <you must insert a body in your message> failure. I know how to get round it but leaving certain punctuation marks out of your message takes some getting used to.
