Is the a way to block a users posts, to avoid seeing the constant crap they post?

There are some typical, average, normal, regular people on here who are violating the terms of service, specifically: "Polling, spamming, flooding and other equally annoying behavior is not tolerated."

Perhaps a complaint to [email protected] is in order. Or if not a complaint, at least a block feature request.

After seeing the above posts, I'm pretty confident we are all referring to the same poster. Yeah I agree, a block feature would be great. Almost every forum, I post on, has one. I dont know if this one is set up for or one can be added.

Yep we all seem to be thinking along the same lines. Profile was changed a couple of years back, and I wonder why?

It's annoying because there may be one subject I'm really interested in and following then up comes a raft of pictures that seem to appeal to that one person's taste and dilutes the thread. OK add your bit, but not overload!

It is what it is.. On any given day I look down the thread titles and am probably only interested in 4 or 5.

Each to their own you just have to ignore them like I do with Emma Boring Watson or 'sniffing this or that posts'

Oh christ, I really wish that feature was available. So many posts are repetitive, poeople starting a thread rather then searching if an existing one is already there. And the whole mycircle spam is too much.

While we're at it can there be a way to block guys who are assholes? You know something simple like build an automated platform that analyzes the user's posts and his thoughts and then automatically assigns a rating on his personality. That way we can block jerks and morons based on what they post and what they're thinking about posting before they actually pollute the site with their comments.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is tired of that certain individual with all his ridiculous labels and obnoxious spamming. Once in a while someone calls him out but I'm surprised a moderator hasn't addressed the issue.
