If you shave your pubic hair, when it grows back does it itch?
I tried once and when it stated to grow back it really itched.
Also if you have any advice on how i could prevent the itching i would like to hear them

I agree, I think after your body gets used to it you won't itch as bad any more.

I have the same itching problem. I shave about once or twice a year, so I doubt that I will ever get used to it.
WTF Do you want now?

I dont shave all of it, just around the base, and my balls. It only itches if I dont shave it for a week after that.

If you shave an a regular basis it won't itch, every two weeks would do. I shave more often because I don't like the stubble (Niether does my wife)

Try this tip from a shaver with sensitive skin: The first day or 2 after shaving smear a thin film of antibiotic ointment over the area. That keeps the razor rash & itching at bay.

And make sure you use shaving cream when you do it. Some think that soap will suffice, when acutally it just dries out the skin. Also, if you have some aftershave CREAM/LOTION that can be useful as well. Stay away from the alcohol based aftershave that burns when you put it on your face. It will only be worse down there. wink

I recently started shaving too. The girl likes it, so I shave everything grin

I've been shaving for six or seven years now. I shave every time I shower same as my face its just part of the routine. My wife never liked it. I have loved it since the very first time.

I've got the exact same thing goin on. Been doing it since I was 19 or 20, and it causes me absolutely no discomfort whatsoever.
The first few times will itch, but shave regularly - like every few days. It'll stop itching VERY soon.

Im paranoid about using razor blades and what not to shave down there. Ive been a clutz long enough to know better than that! I use scissors to cut most of it off and then I use this thing I bought from walmart. Its a really small electric shaver that is made for eyebrows and stuff and its pretty much impossible to hurt your self with so I use that to finish everything up. Yes the itching does bother me too but I just use a lotion with Aloe and that helps out a lot!
