Not sure if the original poster meant in a sitting , or laying flat position. With my short 5.5"er ,I can sitting,but not laying down. But can't just about everyone do it sitting down, or bending over? Curious what measureing position everyone is in when answering this question

It all depends really. My cock is just under 8".If I am sitting or realxing on the recliner stretched out , than yes. But if I am flat on my back it won't reach my belly botton. Always wished it would.
Oh yea, I've always been able to reach my belly button. Beyond that, its take some discussion and decision.
