Going to go ahead and say that I don't know of any chick that age that would respond well to a 69 year old trying to hit on them. You are automatically a dirty old man. That and the fact that they have to deal with all the other younger guys creeping on them only adds to the fact that they usually think anyone hitting on them is a creeper. Many women just want to go out, have a drink or two, hang out and not be bothered regardless of how they dress.

Well, maybe she gets mad when the wrong people look at her, she doesn't understand that pretty much every guy is going to have a look, not just the guys that SHE finds hot and that SHE wants to have staring at her.
